What do you enjoy most about working at CMR? 

What I enjoy most about working at CMR is the culture and the people. We’ve got some great people, some great leadership teams and some really fun projects to work on.

What would your advice be to someone interested in working at CMR?  

My advice for someone interested in working at CMR is going for it. We welcome all sorts of people into the team and with all sorts of skillsets and you should just go for it because it really is a great place to work.

What has been your proudest achievement so far at CMR?

My proudest achievement is CMR is developing on skill sets that I didn’t know was possible up until this point.

What motivates you every day?

What motivates me every day is my family and getting up every day and going to a job that I really love and having my son grow up seeing both parents really enjoy their work and hoping that that passes on to him while he goes through school and college and into the working world himself.

How has your career progressed since joining?

My career has progressed so much since joining CMR. I feel like I’ve learnt so much from the team, from the leadership team and from everyone around me and I feel like I’ve learnt so much and gone so much further than I could have done before.

What skills do you need to be good at your job?

To be good at my job, you need to understand construction, and you need to be able to plan the little things and see how that affects the big picture.

When you’re not at work, what do you like to do?

When I’m not at work, I like to spend time with my son, my dog, and my husband. I also like to keep fit and go to the gym. I recently completed a triathlon, which I’m very proud of, and have a couple more races coming up over the next few months.

What has been your proudest achievement that CMR so far?

My proudest achievement at CMR is probably working on skill sets that I wasn’t sure I ever would. Diplomacy and speaking with clients and making sure that you’re saying the right thing at the right time is probably something that’s helped me a lot over the last year and a half.
